Cream of leek and Stilton soup with crispy croutons

Beef Bourguignon
Sautéed chunks of British beef, mushrooms, shallots and garlic. Gently casseroled in beef marrowbone stock, red wine, fresh thyme, and grated nutmeg. Served with new potatoes and broccoli.

 

The pre-theatre menu is available from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 – 7:00pm.
